These are not automatically generated. They follow the same pattern, and are based on a template, but I (Duncan) personally review each order and personally send out each thank you email.
I am sincere in my thanks. This is a new venture, and every sale and new customer is important to me. As I point out in my email, I am trying to create customers for years to come, not just this year.
In any event, I digress from the purpose of this email. Earlier this week I went back and forth with a customer who was very thankful of the videos and of the pricing. However, he suggested that I should have bulk packages of the Ground Bloom Flowers and Crackling Ground Bloom Flowers.
Based upon his suggestions, I have now added a bulk option for both of these products. 10 packs of 6 for 9.75 (they had been 1 pack of 6 for 1.25).
My point in this is that while I wish that I knew everything about my products, about my website and about my customer service, I don't! What I do know for certain is that I want your experience to be the best it can be.
With that said, the easiest and best way for me to improve any of these elements is to listen to your feedback.
So please, please, please let me know what you are thinking. Does one of my prices seem out of whack? Should I be offering something that I am not? Is there a problem with a video that I haven't noticed yet?
