As I always try to stress, we put a premium on Customer Service, as we are doing everything we can to create a site that you will want to use year after year.
For that reason, we do NOT ship via UPS or USPS or FedEx. We want to personally deliver your order to your door. We review your order, make sure it is what you wanted, it is in proper condition, give you some safety tips, thank you in person and leave you to enjoy your fireworks.
With that said, because we don't ship via a third party, we organize 'shipping days', where we spend the entire day shipping out orders. To accommodate you in this, we send you an email telling you which day we will ship, we confirm the address and we text you 30 minutes before we anticipate being at your home.
If our shipping day doesn't work for you, we work around your schedule. You are not a hostage to us for ordering fireworks. You are the boss. So, if the day I suggest for shipping doesn't work, all you have to do is say "can you deliver on x day instead?", and we will work it out.
The above is more for the Provo-Orem area. For areas North of American Fork and South of Springville, we will be making all deliveries on the same day - Friday, July 3rd as it simply is not economical to make an hour long drive for an order at a time.
