Well, I wish it meant that there was absolutely no possibility that anybody will get a dud, but it doesn't. There will be duds - not many, but the simple fact is that nothing is 100% perfect.
However, with my No-Dud Guarantee, I stand behind my product 100%. If you get a dud, I will either replace it, or refund your money. It is as simple as that.
